This was a project that I REALLY wanted to do, just because I haven't seen anyone else do it.
It is a VERY straight 412 Wagon that has a wonderful patina of bad gold paint and light surface rust. The front hood lip is the only body panel that has rust holes and it's in a location that does not cause a water leak problem. The rear door does have a dent as does the rear right fender. Easy fix, or leave it for character.
Bumpers are straight with only minor dings.
It still has it's original 1700cc, Type 4, Fuel Injected engine - currently...
I don't know the condition of the motor. Haven't tried starting it. It has the stock fully-automatic transmission (PRN123) just like current american cars.
It still has the underdash A/C unit! My plans were to hook up the A/C after changing the original "brick" compressor with a newer rotary compressor.
I'm letting it go because I need space in order to finish other projects...
I've purchased replacement turn signal and taillight lenses and had it rekeyed all the way around. (I'll be reassembling the steering column soon.) These go with the purchase.
All 4 rims are real Empi Sprint Stars (in need of restoration).
So, here's the deal:
$300.00 without motor or rims (you bring rims and tires to move)
or,
$600.00 with motor
$800.00 with motor and rims.
Go see photos of the car.
